    ● Detailed information

When installing, it should be installed in a place that can bear the weight of the welding machine. It is strictly forbidden to install in places where water droplets may splash, such as water pipes. The welding operation should be carried out in a relatively dry environment, and the air humidity should generally not exceed 90%. Avoid welding work in dusty areas or environments containing corrosive gases. Avoid placing the machine on a table with a slope greater than 15° for welding work.

When the welding machine is in operation, a large working current passes through it, and natural ventilation cannot meet the cooling requirements of the welding machine, so a fan is installed inside to effectively cool the welding machine to make it work smoothly. The user should confirm that the ventilation is not covered or blocked, and the distance between the welding machine and surrounding objects should not be less than 0.3 meters.

In general, the voltage automatic compensation circuit in the welding machine will ensure that the welding current remains within the allowable range, if the power supply voltage exceeds the allowable value, the welding machine will be damaged.

The user should pay attention to use the welding machine according to the allowable load duration rate of the welding machine, and keep the current of the welding machine not exceeding the maximum allowable load current. Current overload will significantly shorten the service life of the welder, and may even burn the welder. If the welding machine exceeds the standard load continuation rate, the welder may suddenly enter the protection state and stop working, which means that the welder exceeds the standard load continuation rate, and the excessive heat triggers the temperature control switch, so that the welder stops working. The protection light on the front panel lights up. In this case, you should not unplug the power plug, so that the cooling fan can continue to work to cool the welder. After the protection indicator light goes out and the temperature drops to the standard range, welding can be restarted.
