     2-IN-1 VERSATILITY

    A variety of welding gun operation modes are available for selection, allowing welders to choose the optimal and convenient welding control algorithm and set the time, intervals, and other parameters of the welding process.
    The TC-200 model enables you to select two different torch control modes:
    2T - Press the trigger to start the welding process and ignition, release the hammer to stop the welding arc;
    4T - Press - Release the trigger, start the welding process, press again - Release the trigger, complete the welding process. This is convenient for welding long weld seams, and the welder does not need to hold the welding gun button throughout the process.

    PULSE MODE

    The PULSE mode simplifies the welding process for aluminum, aluminum alloys, and stainless steel, ensuring a high level of connection reliability. Unlike short circuits, pulse welding does not produce spatter and prevents adhesion. The quality and convenience of the pulse process enable inexperienced welders to weld welds of different complexity levels. The pulse mode of alternating current and direct current can be used to weld high-quality thin-walled stainless steel and aluminum products.

    REMOTE CONNECTOR

    The remote foot pedal switch can adjust the welding current in real time and continuously. During operation, the force applied by the foot controls the output power: a light press generates a small current for arc starting/melt pool control, a heavy press increases the current to enhance the depth of fusion, and releasing the foot causes the current to decrease and the arc to extinguish. This design frees both hands to achieve precise heat input management, especially suitable for thin plate welding, complex position operations, and fine workpieces that require continuous adjustment, significantly improving weld quality and operational flexibility.
