The unit employs synchronous multi-phase parallel technology with an impressive output frequency of 80kHz, ensuring uniform output current, voltage, and consistent weld penetration. This multi-function power source is highly versatile, suitable for submerged arc automatic welding and carbon arc gouging, as well as manual welding, carbon arc gouging, and electro-slag welding with special electrodes. Its primary applications include submerged arc welding and carbon arc gouging of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and other materials, making it a valuable asset in industries such as steel structure construction, bridge building, rolling stock manufacturing, pressure vessels, power generation equipment, spiral steel pipes, and large-scale casting and forging parts.
