Safe & Smooth Lifting System: Utilizes a dual-strand chain and worm gear reducer for constant-speed lifting, offering inherent self-locking for safety. The system is complemented by a spring-loaded anti-falling pawl and an internal counterweight, ensuring smooth, quiet, and jerk-free vertical movement.
Precise Telescoping with Deflection Compensation: The cross arm telescopes via a gear-and-rack drive. The unique carriage design incorporates adjustable rollers on eccentric shafts, allowing for precise alignment and compensation of arm deflection, which is critical for achieving high-quality welds.
