The versatile KeyGree MIG-200DP is a fully digital 5-in-1 inverter welder combining Spool Gun, Double Pulse MIG, Single Pulse MIG, MMA (STICK), and LIFT TIG for precision welding of mild steel (FE), stainless steel (SS), and aluminum alloys. Its advanced Single & Double Pulse modes enhance weld quality and productivity, particularly on SS and aluminum, delivering TIG-quality aesthetics through controlled heat input. Featuring a large digital control panel, dedicated digital wire feeder, synergic control for simplified setup (based on material thickness), and memory for saving/replaying weld settings, it ensures user-friendly operation. Designed for workshop mobility with its trolley system and accommodating internal 1/5KG wire spools, the robust MIG-200DP (83% efficiency, Insulation Class F) reliably handles demanding applications from -10°C to 40°C.

	DOUBLE PULSE MODE
	With a double pulse, the wire feeding speed changes during welding according to the set parameters. The DOUBLE PULSE mode is ideal for welding stainless steel and aluminum (also due to the cleaning effect of fast switching edges), especially thin plates, where TIG quality can be achieved with higher productivity. In DOUBLE PULSE mode, the pulse current and pause current can be adjusted, allowing you to further control the appearance of the weld and reduce the heat-affected zone. Welding in DOUBLE PULSE mode simplifies the process of welding aluminum and its alloys, as well as stainless steels, ensuring a high level of connection reliability.
	2 DIGITAL DISPLAYS
	Two large digital displays​​ clearly show the ​​set welding current and voltage values​​ in real-time during operation. Below them, ​​two prominent knobs​​ provide direct adjustment: one knob controls the ​​welding current​​, while the other adjusts the ​​welding voltage​​. These knobs allow for precise parameter setting across its welding modes. Additional buttons facilitate changing welding modes and functions like wire feed.
	ALUMINUM WELDING
	Aluminum welding is in great demand in production, because this metal is often used as a structural material for the manufacture of parts for devices, machines and structures. The operator of the welding machine can use a specially created program for working with aluminum alloys, a synergetic control system.
