Bed: It is made of multi-section steel structure welded together , aging treated, and precision machined by a large gantry milling machine. It has excellent shock resistance, high rigidity and stability, which helps to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool and its high-speed and stable operation.
- Crossbeam: It is made of lightweight steel structural parts , processed after aging treatment, with light weight, good rigidity, high stability and good dynamic performance.

- Z-axis box: The Z-axis box is used to realize the up and down movement of the cutting head. It can be used as a CNC axis for independent interpolation movement, or it can be linked with the X and Y axes, and it can also be switched to follow-up control to meet different needs.

- Transmission device: Taiwan HIWIN rolling guide, German LEITESEN gear rack, German Neguart precision reducer.

- Gas distribution device: The gas distribution system adopts centralized control. Different auxiliary cutting gases are automatically switched by the control system, and the flow rate and pressure can be automatically adjusted. There is an air circuit control part inside the machine tool. If the customer uses air as cutting gas, an air compressor, a cold dryer, and a filter need to be added.

- Cutting head: Swiss Raytools cutting head, with functions such as surface automatic tracking, automatic focusing, high-pressure cutting, auxiliary cooling nozzle, etc. Stable and reliable performance, easy to use. Can perform high-pressure and low-pressure cutting, with non-contact height automatic tracking system.

- Height tracking sensor system: It uses Swiss Raytools brand high-performance non-contact capacitive sensor, which can withstand gas pressure ≥2.5MPa. It has higher tracking accuracy and stability during the cutting of stainless steel plates. It can also directly cut stainless steel plates with films.
Chiller
Adequate cooling of key components ensures safe operation of the machine. The chiller has two water pipes, one for low-temperature water cooling the laser and one for room-temperature water cooling the QBH connector (collimator) to prevent condensation.
The chiller can be linked with the laser and run automatically. It has good safety protection functions, including over-temperature, phase loss, pressure, water failure, under-voltage, overload and other protection functions. It has stable performance, easy maintenance, and meets the cooling index requirements of the laser and the external optical path. The chiller is specially designed for the laser .
Fiber Laser
RFL-C20000 continuous fiber laser is a high-power fiber laser with high electro-optical conversion efficiency, compact size, good beam quality and maintenance-free. It takes into account both high-speed cutting of thin plates and bright surface cutting of medium and thick plates, greatly improving the quality of perforation, cutting, welding and other processes. It is mainly used in new energy, 3C, precision machining and other fields of metal punching, cutting, welding and so on.
